Methodology for returning items:
Remember... Shipping and return costs are always the responsibility of the buyer. (Only the amount of the returned material will be paid)

This is my third purchase from Sr. Julien and, once again, I am more than thoroughly pleased with this item. It reflects a perfect combination of design expertise and wholly competent execution. I look forward to incorporating this item into a currently existing key-chain and using it for many years to come! Shipping time was less than one week from Spain to the US and the item was very carefully packed to avoid any damage in transit.
